Coates Design. Bainbridge Island-based Coates Design has a sterling reputation for offering innovative architectural and sustainable design services. Team members, with backgrounds in design, construction and the fine arts, transform complex design challenges into elegant solutions.

PHC Construction. With his comprehensive experience of LEED principles and application, Marty Sievertson and his PHC construction experts bring a broad base of knowledge and an extensive set of skills to this project.

Primary Consultants.
