Proposed right-of-way vacate

Island Gateway submitted an application to the City on July 7, 2009 to request that the City vacate a right-of-way known as South View Street – see images to right.

As part of the request for right-of-way vacation, Island Gateway will dedicate to the City a right-of-way along Winslow Way:

• Proposed area to be vacated: 2,470 square feet
• Proposed area to be dedicated: 3,800 square feet
